Fiber optic laser welding machine is an optical fiber transmission YAG laser welding machine with fixed and mobile processing capabilities, and the machine’s optical fiber transmission device can be not only fixed with but also separated from the host. It can fit with the processing of complex workpieces of a variety of shapes and reduce requirements on frock clamps, so as to make a machine serve several purposes, expand the applicability, and to enhance adaptability of the equipment. Laser processing head is provided with functions of manual focus and CCD monitoring, in which the fiber can move freely, and can be connected with the mechanical hand, to create the conditions for complex processing solutions.

The Applicable Scope:

It is used in the welding occasions in which the welding process requirements are high and the optical path is easy to move. It can weld fine microelectronic components, integrated circuit wire as well as other precision parts, high-power diodes, cell phone batteries, cell phone housings, electronic components, vacuum cups, stainless steel bowls, sensors, tungsten wires, aluminum alloys, laptop cases, electrical parts, filters, nozzles, stainless steel products, golf heads, zinc alloy crafts and so on.

Graphics that can be welded are: point, line, circle, square, or any plane figure drawn by the AUTOCAD software.
